Deepen Your Pointe Knowledge the Mindful Way

If you feel like you’re falling behind in pointe class, struggling with weak ankles, or a lack of confidence, you’re not alone. Many dancers push through pain and frustration, believing it’s just a part of the process, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

There is a better, healthier way (4Pointe Method)

Created by Lynne Charles, internationally renowned ballerina, teacher, and present Artistic Director of the  English National School, the 4Pointe Method is a unique, holistic method for building strength,  control, and confidence. Rather than pushing dancers onto pointe before they’re  ready, 4Pointe takes the time to align the body, re-educate movement patterns, and build a sustainable  technique.

This method is not just about getting onto pointe — it’s about staying healthy, moving beautifully,  and feeling empowered.

4Pointe focuses on 5 particular elements:

Who This Is For

These online sessions are designed for dancers aged 18 and up who are:

  • Serious hobby dancers looking to improve their technique and avoid injury

  • Pre-professional dancers preparing for auditions

  • Professional dancers seeking refinement, support, or a return to healthy basics

Whether you're starting your pointe journey later in life or deepening your artistry, the 4Pointe  Method meets you where you are and takes you where you desire to be.

After witnessing the transformation of students in my in-person 4Pointe classes, I’m excited to now  offer live, personalised online sessions via Zoom (no recordings). These private classes follow the  4Pointe Method framework and are customised to your personal goals and challenges. No promises and guarantees.
