5-Day Higher Legs Challenge

Hello everyone!

I'm thrilled to invite you all to join me on a special adventure to improve our ballet technique together! As many of you know, I have a dance performance on the 15th and 16th of June. During my ballet class today, I realized my legs aren't quite reaching the height I’d like them to, so I’ve decided to focus on improving this with a dedicated challenge—and I’d love for you to join me!

What's the Challenge?
For the next 5 days, we’ll be doing specific exercises designed to help us achieve higher leg extensions. Each day, I'll share a short follow-along video with targeted workouts to enhance our flexibility, strength, and control.
